Taskly Dashboard
A team-scheduling product drowning in its own density. We redesigned the dashboard around calm — and rebuilt the marketing site to sell it.
Overview
Taskly helps small teams plan the week: schedules, standups, leave and workload in one view. Their early UI showed everything at once, which meant nobody saw anything. We restructured the information architecture around a single question: what does each person need today?
The challenge
Density without overwhelm. Power users needed keyboard-speed workflows while new teammates needed obvious ones — in the same screens, on the same data, without a "simple mode" cop-out.
Approach
- "Today" view as the default home: schedule, blockers and standup in one glance
- Progressive disclosure — detail panels instead of nested pages
- Warm, friendly visual language to offset enterprise-grade density
- Marketing site in Webflow mirroring the product's own components
Outcome
One-glance mornings
The Today view answers the whole standup without opening a single detail panel.
Faster onboarding
New teammates reach their first scheduled week with no training session.
Site that sells
Marketing pages built from the product's own UI — what you see is what you get.
